Use your eCare Account to

• View your prescription profile
• Request refills
• Add dependents and manage their prescriptions

No account needed to

• Request refills using your Rx number
• Submit new prescriptions by photo – Remember you need to submit the hard-copy when you go to pick-up
• Submit prescription transfer requests

And there are exciting improvements such as

• Streamlined prescription management and ordering, including for linked dependents
• Access to patient generated tax receipts
• Option to receive email or text notifications for prescription refills, renewals and/or pickups*
• Ability to schedule virtual consultations with your pharmacist*
• Ability to book appointments for specified services such as flu shots and medication reviews*
