About the Opportunity:
The Pharmacy Programs Coordinator reports to the National Pharmacy Programs Manager and is responsible for supporting pharmacy communications, program information, project management and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities for this role are:
• Maintain and manage pharmacy resources and programs, including the content for internal stakeholders and the public Pharmasave website;
• Support execution and growth of pharmacy programs;
• Reports on success of pharmacy programs and materials using web and Portal analytics, measurement reports and databases;
• Provide support and guidance to Pharmasave pharmacies with drug queries and paperwork;
• Assist with market research for the development of pharmacy programs;

What you should have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail pharmacy including demonstrated experience with patient support programs
• Proven ability to build and to maintain strong relationships internally and externally with patients, physicians, and patient support programs
• Reputation for being a self-motivated, solutions focused team player.
• Comfort taking the lead in a fast-paced environment with multiple task demands
• Strong organizational skills that support amazing time management
