Pharmasave strengthens commitment by sponsoring Curling Day in Canada
One of Canada’s best-known pharmacy chains is showing its commitment to curlers and the sport of curling by expanding its relationship with Curling Canada, it was announced today.
Pharmasave will be a National Partner of Curling Canada, and beginning this season will be the presenting sponsor of the annual Curling Day in Canada celebration.
This season’s Curling Day in Canada, presented by Pharmasave, is scheduled for Feb. 24 in Melfort, Sask.
“Expanding our relationship with Curling Canada to National Partner and presenting sponsor of Curling Day in Canada was a logical next step,” said Ivan Guillen, CEO of Pharmasave National. “Both organizations are aligned in their efforts to improve the lives of Canadians by building stronger communities and focusing on health and wellness. We look forward to an amazing season as we help strengthen the love of curling in the communities we serve.”
Pharmasave’s relationship with Curling Canada started during the 2021-22 season, and in addition to its involvement with Curling Day in Canada, Pharmasave will have a presence at the 2024 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Feb. 16-24 in Calgary; the 2024 Montana’s Brier, presented by AGI, March 1-10 in Regina; and the 2024 BKT Tires World Women’s Championship March 16-24 in Sydney, N.S.
