Kelly Gryschuk joined Pharmasave National in 2024 as the new People & Culture Director leading the human resource function. With more than 15 years of experience working in progressively more senior roles within the retail sector, Kelly brings an inventive and cooperative mindset to people and workplace culture topics. Kelly is especially enthusiastic about using workplace learning to build organizational capacity. Her formal education in executive coaching and leadership development has supported Kelly’s work with team development, succession planning and talent management.
