Common Ailments

Common ailments are uncomplicated, short-term conditions that don’t require lab tests or blood work and can often be managed with minimal treatment, such as seasonal allergies, cold sores, or urinary tract infections (UTI).

A specialty medication is a prescription drug (often prescribed by specialists) that usually treats a chronic, complex or rare disease, such as autoimmune conditions, chronic bowel diseases, macular degeneration, and cancers.

From the very beginning, there was a consultation where we discussed my health issues and medications, which can be complicated. Stephanie listened to all my concerns and worries. With her knowledge and guidance, I was actually able to cut back on some of the medications I was taking as they were causing more problems than solving. Last year, after my son almost died from medical complications, he was put on supplements. Paul went above and beyond helping me navigate the dosage and even called one of the doctors for me when I wasn’t comfortable with the dosage. He always takes time to listen and help with any medications that my kids or I need. He is exceptionally nice and patient. He even makes himself available for after-hours questions.

He always takes the time to answer questions and do what is best for you. I did a med consultation with him in which he assisted both me and my MD to prescribe the right medication for me when the current one was discontinued. He went above and beyond to assist in getting my forms to my MD and off to my benefit company. When I was concerned about taking a certain medication, he was kind enough to ask my reasons and to explain what the medication does and why it’s necessary. It’s changed my life, so I am so grateful for him taking the time, even when the store was so busy. He always greets his customers and makes sure your prescriptions are ready when you need them, even if it means stopping something he is doing, so you are not waiting in the store. He has also given me great advice on over-the-counter products. He is a great pharmacist and makes my experience a pleasant one each time.
