COVID-19 Vaccination
HealthSmart Pharmasave is pleased to be able to offer the COVID-19 vaccinations. Please use the link below to book your appointment. Due to high demand and the need for physical distance between patients, we may not be able to offer walk-in vaccinations.
Please note the following:
- You will need to bring your health card to the appointment*
- When you arrive we will ask you to complete a screening form to ensure the vaccine is safe for you
- Wear clothing that allow easy access to your upper arm
- We recommend that you stay in the clinic for 15 minutes after your injection for observation
