General
Why should I create an online account?
By creating an account and logging in, you can save projects to complete later.
Can my photos be edited after I have submitted an order?
No. Once an order has been placed, we can not change the crop, centering, etc. on your photos. Please make sure everything looks exactly as you want it before sending the order.
Where is my product made?
All of our products are printed and created locally, right here in our photo lab!
When will my product be ready?
Photo Gifts take slightly longer than photo prints to create. We will email you when your products is ready. Expect it to take 2-3 days. During peak periods, it could take a little longer.
What should I do if I am unsure what a product really looks like?
Just pop into our photo lab, we have samples of all of our products you can see and feel.
About our Products
Cards
- Our 4×8 cards are single sided. They are not folding cards. They are printed on high quality photo paper.
- Our 4×5.5 cards are folding cards. There is a white border around the image on the front of the card. They are printed on high quality card stock.
- Our POST CARDS are printed on high quality card stock.
- Envelopes are available for a small charge, please select this option during the ordering process.
Wall Calendars
- Wall Calendars are printed on card stock for added durability.
- They are 12 month calendars, running from January through December.
- Available in 2 formats. The first has one image per page. The second allows you to have a collage of multiple images on each page.
Photo Books
- All of our SOFT COVER photo books are printed on single sided, high quality photo paper.
- Our 4×6 HARD COVER photo books are printed on single sided, high quality photo paper.
- Our 8.5×11 HARD COVER photo books are printed on double sided, glossy laser paper. This paper is more like magazine pages than our regular photo paper.
- If you are unsure what they look like, come in and see a sample!
Collages
- All of our collages are printed on our high quality photo paper, just like our regular prints!
