Compounding offers solutions to those patients who:
- Require a dosage form that is commercially not available
- Need to improve compliance through taste, ability to swallow, form of application etc.
- Require a different dosage that is different from commercially available strength
- Are allergic or sensitive to fillers, preservatives or dyes
