We commit to making every effort to accommodate all appointments booked; however, due to inconsistencies in patient demand, the supply of the vaccine, and in an effort to reduce the wastage of doses, we may be forced to reschedule and or cancel an appointment.  Patients will be notified if any changes are made to their scheduled appointment.

Safety protocols are in place to keep our staff and patients safe; we are following all COVID-19 health and safety regulations in our store.

✓ You are asked to not enter the pharmacy if you:

• Are not feeling well
• Are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
• Have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days
• Have been in close contact with anyone who has had a confirmed case of COVID-19

✓ You will be screened for COVID-19 before your appointment and on the day of your appointment
✓ You will be required to wear a mask/face covering
✓ Pharmacists will wear appropriate protective gear
✓ We have increased sanitizing of surfaces between visits with the pharmacist
✓ All necessary infection prevention and control measures will be in place in the pharmacy
