You can receive certified weight loss coaching through the Ideal Protein program. This is a 3 step protocol that focuses on the macronutrient makeup of foods.
How it works
The protocol is designed to help you lose weight and keep it off! In phase 1 your coach will walk you through ketosis. In phase 2 you will learn how to stabilize your new weight. Then, in phase 3 you will learn how to maintain it through eating a whole foods-based diet.
Ideal Protein is unique because it uses higher amounts of protein to help you retain your muscle mass. This is especially important while in a calorie deficit. Once you’ve reached your goal weight, your coach will help you gain a greater understanding of the macronutrient makeup of foods. You will also learn why eating a balanced whole foods diet is the BEST way to ensure you keep the weight off.
Meet the coaches
Meet PJ! He’s one of the most dedicated coaches to helping people improve their health and reach their fitness goals. He has 24 years of experience as a weight loss coach and 4 years as a certified Ideal Protein coach. All of which have been able to help over 1000 people reach their goal weight. So why is PJ so passionate about health and nutrition? 11 years ago he went on a weight loss journey himself! After losing 70 pounds he realized that changing your diet can change your life!
Meet Jocelyn! She is the most determined when it comes to helping people look and feel their best. Although she’s new to the world of coaching, she has a great level of understanding of nutrition and fitness. She also developed a sustainable approach to dieting gained through her own experiences struggling with food. “I always want to be the person who’s in their corner”, she states. Being supportive throughout the journey is almost as important as the journey itself!
