UPS

We are a UPS Access Point (Pick Up/Drop Off) We are not a full UPS store. We cannot print labels or create returns for you. Those need to be completed  at www.UPS.com. QR code returns are not accepted at this location.

When dropping off, we recommend you take a photo of your shipping label, so you always have access to your tracking information.

The return item needs to be completely packaged up and sealed, with the scannable UPS label attached. We do not provide any packing materials or tape nor can we print your label. We cannot package your items for you.

We have size and weight restrictions on packages we accept. They cannot be above 38” in any direction and they cannot be above 44lbs. Only 3 packages can be dropped off per customer per day. These rules were put in place by UPS, and we cannot make exceptions.

If your package is above those limits, you need to call UPS and schedule a pick up directly from your home.

When picking up a parcel, you are required to have government ID with your name, photo and address. The address must match what is on the parcel.

If you are expecting a package or think your package is lost, we cannot track the package for you from here, as we are only a Pick up/Drop off and not a UPS store. If you need assistance tracking a package, you will need to call UPS directly or track it online.

It may take UPS a few days to bring your parcel to our store after they attempt to deliver it to your home.

If you want your package to leave the store the same day you bring it in, we recommend you have your parcel dropped off by 10:00AM. The drivers do not come at the same time every day and are usually here in the afternoon.
