How It Works

Travellers complete the Pre-Travel Assessment form found online and submit to chrishartman@ingersollpharmasave.com. Paper copies may be filled out in person at the store. Following form submission, one of the pharmacists will analyze the results and create a preliminary set of recommendations. They will then contact the traveller to schedule a consultation to finalize the travel plan. Prescriptions for any necessary vaccinations will be requested from the traveller’s primary care provider and can be administered in-store. The consulting pharmacist will follow up with the traveller upon return to address any difficulties encountered during the trip and manage any newly identified health concerns.
