Pharmasave West is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regional Pharmacy Coordinator to join our Pharmacy team. This full-time permanent role is responsible for driving store performance and maximizing member success through the optimization of pharmacy operations, workflow efficiency, staff development, and the implementation of professional programs and services. Reporting to the Region Manager, Pharmacy & Professional Affairs, the successful candidate will work closely with store owners, managers, and regional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
Role Overview
The Regional Pharmacy Coordinator supports Pharmasave member stores by providing pharmacy operations expertise, training, and program support to enhance patient care, improve pharmacy performance and drive business success. Working closely with store teams and regional teams, the role helps optimize workflows, enhance professional services, and support operational excellence across the region.
