Pharmasave Northumberland is hiring a full time pharmacist licensed in Saskatchewan for a full-time Pharmacy Manager role.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of pharmaceutical services are provided to patients. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Your duties will include·
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff
- Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory control and order pharmaceutical supplies
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Oversee compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Work location: In person
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Active Saskatchewan pharmacy license in good standing
- Previous experience in a pharmacy management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Suit and Kroll Pharmacy software
- Ability to complete all duties as Pharmacy Manager as required by SCPP
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
