Pharmasave Bridge Rx is hiring a pharmacist licensed in British Columbia for a full-time Pharmacy Manager role (32-40 hours a week). We are locally owned and operated with a dedicated staff and friendly customers. Our vision is to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and patient satisfaction. Our pharmacy is uniquely located inside a medical clinic which gives us a great working relationship with the physicians and nurse practitioners. Hours of operation are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, closed Saturday, Sunday and stats.  Rotating weekend shifts are a requirement at our sister Willow Point location. We have a team of several pharmacists between both locations which provide shift flexibility and vacation coverage.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Ensuring comprehensive patient care and seamless customer service for all pharmacy customers
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications
• Leading and performing clinical services such as vaccine administration, minor ailment prescribing and adaptations, and medication reviews
• Managing and motivating team members
• Recruiting, hiring and training team members
• Work closely with ownership to grow and improve pharmacy operations
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
• Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
• Completion of BCPhA Pharmacy Manager Course
• 1 year of experience in a management role (preferred)
• Completion of OAT Training Course
• Strong leadership and communication skills
