Pharmacy Assistant (Full-time)

Reynolds’ Pharmasave is a full service, community focused pharmacy located in Liverpool, on the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for the ever-changing world of pharmacy.  You must be willing to work in a team environment and provide exemplary customer service.

• Supporting Pharmacists in working to the full scope of their practice
• Opioid Treatment Program
• Automated compliance packaging system
• Kroll pharmacy software

Your duties would include but are not limited to:

• Patient communication and file maintenance
• Prescription interpretation, input, adjudication and packaging
• Using the POS cash register to process patient purchases
• Inventory management

As a pharmacy assistant here at Reynolds, you can expect a positive work environment with an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.  Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant would be an asset but not a requirement.
