Pharmasave Mission is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. Our mission at Pharmasave is to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy setting. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients, where we are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.
Hours of operation are: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm Saturday, and 9:00am-11:00am Sunday.
• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their families
• Provide clinical services where appropriate (med reviews, adaptations, injections, etc.)
• Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
• Other duties as required
• A Canadian Pharmacist license and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Injection certification and OAT training certification
• Experience with Kroll is an asset
• Several years experience as a Licensed Pharmacist
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• An interest in Pharmaceutical Compounding
• A passion for patient care beyond filling out persciptions
