We are looking for a pharmacist with valid ACP licensure in good standing and experience in a busy retail pharmacy environment. We are offering Full-time / Part-time positions which include day, evening and weekend shifts with flexibility on hours / shifts working at both locations (only minutes apart).

Hours of operation are 9am-9pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-8pm Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Checking prescriptions for accuracy
• Counseling on prescription medications
• OTC counseling / health management consulting
• Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team
• Collaboration with pharmacy assistant to accurately dispense prescription medications
• Proficient in professional services (medication reviews, injections, adaptations)
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
• OAT certification
• First Aid/CPR
• Proficiency in Kroll
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Friendly and kind to both coworkers and clients
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
