Operations Support Assistant

Pharmasave Pacific Regional Office, Surrey (Cloverdale) BC – Full- time, 1 Year Contract with option for renewal

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Operations Support Assistant provides administrative support to the pharmacy and operations teams in their day to day roles supporting pharmacy owners and their teams. This person coordinates, supports, and manages the rollout of specific pharmacy programs. While working with other staff at the regional office, the Operations Support Assistant is an accessible contact for general inquiries from pharmacy owners and their staff.

Requirements/Qualifications/Attributes:

  • Advanced training and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and other common computer software
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage time
  • Self-motivated, respectful, positive, “can do” attitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow a collaborative approach in decision making
  • Ability to collect, maintain and analyze various data
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidential matters of business
  • Community pharmacy work experience would be considered a favourable asset

Work Hours:       37.5hr/week
