Location: Pharmasave Drugs (National) Ltd. (Langley, BC)

Type: Full Time, Contract (March 2023 – March 2024)

Pharmasave’s National office is seeking a Merchandising Support Representative (~12 months) to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced Merchandising team. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their career to work in our fast-paced organization. The successful candidate would be working under the direct supervision of the Merchandising Support Manager. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates merchandising programs and services on behalf of the department and communicates program opportunities in a clear concise manner to stores.
Synchronize production requirements for each weekly flyer and specialty magazine through collaboration with internal and external teams, meeting required timelines, and ensuring quality of printed material.
Facilitates promotional ordering for weekly flyers, seasonal bookings, and other program opportunities.
Interfaces with our category management team, vendor community, wholesale partners, and regional offices on an ongoing basis
Verifies information with various sources above for accuracy, effectively managing any discrepancies to ensure business and systems processes have been met all while managing tight timelines.
Ensures that established practices and procedures are maintained and followed.
Provides general administrative support to the Merchandising Department as required.

What you should have:
• Experience in all aspects of MS Office suite including intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Enjoys continually learning and developing new skills with changing technology and processes.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Dependable and positive individual, who works well with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and pride in the work you do each day.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Enjoys problem solving and has a keen eye for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of merchandising and retail store business processes as an asset.
