Business Systems Support Representative – Contract / Part Time

The successful candidate will join our Business Systems team on a contract basis – providing support to both our Master Data and eCommerce teams in our Business Technology Department. The hours for this position will vary from 23 to 37.5 hours per week. If you have a retail background, product knowledge, technical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally, then we are looking for you!

Maintain accurate databases and perform updates as required.
Review product and vendor information for accuracy and system acceptability.
Ensure that best practices are industry regulations followed.
Consult with Category Managers, Private Label team, and Stores, along with Third Party partners as needed to obtain information.
Review product and vendor information for accuracy and system acceptability.
Support the Business Systems and Merchandising departments in tasks related to the Product Maintenance, Promotion, Prebook and Planogram processes.
Coordinate both internal and external communication in a clear & professional manner.
Provide general administrative support to the Business Technology Department as required.

Skills, Experience & Education:
• Experience in drug retail with knowledge of products and categories would be an asset.
• Strong organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Experience in all aspects of MS Office suite including intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate outputs.
• Able to work collaboratively in team environment as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to take initiative and have excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes.
