About the Opportunity:

The Pharmasave Brand Development Coordinator plays a key role in the development and launch of Pharmasave Brand products for independent Pharmasave stores across Canada. This role’s responsibilities include:

  • Artwork and Product Launch: Assists in launching new Pharmasave Brand artwork designs and products, including proofing, auto shipment, marketing, and merchandising planograms.
  • Research and Analysis: Supports the Associate Director, Pharmasave Brand by researching new categories, retail trends, and analyzing the viability of new products.
  • Project Management: Updates and maintains product development spreadsheets, monitors timelines, and coordinates artwork revisions due to ingredient or regulatory changes.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicates information for new product launches internally and externally, liaises with suppliers, wholesalers, and staff, and coordinates materials for events such as the Pharmasave Conference & Trade Show.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Manages the Certificate of Insurance process, coordinates quality assurance communications, manages pharmacovigilance events, and oversees the application, maintenance, and renewal of applicable licenses.

As part of a collaborative team, the ideal candidate is a strong communicator who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where details make the difference, and solutions are the expected output.

What you should have:

  • High School graduation and post-secondary course work focused on business administration, marketing/advertising and graphic design.
  • Relevant work experience with packaging and/or graphic design work would be an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience proofreading draft copies of artwork.
  • Organizational and analytical skill set, and a proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills as an individual contributor and a project lead.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • An annual starting salary between $55,000 – $60,000 depending on relevant experience.
