  • Provides administrative and project management support to National Pharmacy Innovation team.
  • Coordinates the development and revisions of programs and materials including editing, formatting, page layout, production and distribution of materials and memos.
  • Writes, collects, compiles, edits and formats content for monthly e-newsletter.
  • Communicates with owners, store staff, and vendors.
  • Creates and formats memos, presentations, documentation, and manuals for stores; posts to and maintains department section of the Pharmasave Portal (intranet).
  • Reports on success of pharmacy programs and materials using print inventory management, web analytics, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Coordinates pharmacy events, meetings, web conferences, and other activities.
  • Collaborates with others, internally and externally, to achieve the optimal use of organization resources.

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Superior written and oral communication skills including editing, proofreading and the ability to write content for various purposes and audiences.
  • Exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and outcome-based.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in a high-paced office environment with 2 years post-secondary education in business, marketing or communications.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working in the pharmacy industry is an asset, but not required.
